Position: Community Manager
&FRIENDS are looking for an experienced Community Manager to join the team for an initial three-month contract – with potential extension to full-time.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is a great communicator – both online and in person. Someone willing to be proactive and innovative when it comes to growing an audience, with consistent tone of voice and creative flair at the heart of every output.
Your mission will be to create a social media strategy and content calendar, along with a regular output of exciting content across all our channels – driving sign-up and engagement among our growing global community of production industry “makers”. You’ll be supported by our creative team, who are here to help bring your ideas to life.
Alongside driving community sign-ups and engagement, you’ll be the point-person for any queries that come in from our existing ‘friends’ in the community – making sure everyone’s aware of the latest briefs, and we’re aware of their latest work.
Being proactive, a good multi-tasker and super organised is key – along with a nerdy passion for creative content!

Hours of work: Normal business hours. Some weekend work may apply on occasion
Location: London, Shoreditch (but currently flexible in or out of office)
Salary: Based on experience
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent communication skills is a must – a big part of the role will be liaising with our potential and existing community.
This is a great role for a quick learner! We need an articulate and confident communicator who gets our tone of voice and relays that in all comms and outreach. The role will require you to act as the voice and moderator of our brand through community support, content distribution, and digital engagement – building brand presence and trust, both online and in-person.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a community manager or social media manager.
