Tom is a hugely experienced executive producer, having worked in TV and digital production for nearly 20 years.

Before founding &FRIENDS, Tom worked at IMG for over a decade, running branded content teams on global projects, before moving to Whisper Films where he ran the branded content division.

Dale Gall

Dale has a proven track record of scaling smart start-ups to enduring success.

As part owner of VCCP and then Profero, he helped facilitate huge global growth – both businesses achieving +£50MM revenues and strong year-on-year margin growth, before they were sold. Both are are still successful within their new holding companies.

Matt Carroll

Founder / ECD

Matt has created campaigns and directed films for some of the world’s biggest brands.

Prior to establishing &FRIENDS he set up and sold his previous production company (Media Ark), staying on to run the team as part of a 200-person business. Alongside this, Matt is an established travel journalist with credits including GQ, Nat Geo Traveller, the Telegraph and others.
